Out of necessity (my daughter needed new school shoes) today I got up, dressed and out of the house before lunchtime. We went into town, got everything we needed and when we got home I managed to tidy my kitchen and living room.

I've had a lot of physical pain because of my hips, but somehow I've managed to get through the day without getting angry or upset, which was hard considering how busy it was in the shops!

I've allowed myself to just go with the flow and not put pressure on myself to do things I didn't want to do. I know it's just one day, but I've felt today like there's actually a reason to keep going, and understand that this is an illness that has me gripped but there might just be some hope. I just wanted to share because even though it might feel like there's nowhere to go, you can have good days and you can feel better...
