I haven't felt well today. I didn't go to PT. I slept most of the day. If I take the trash out tomorrow, it will be a good day.

Woke up feeling better today. I'm less tired and my mood has improved. So today I hope to do:

1. Take out the trash.
2. Clean the litter box.
3. Cook myself burgers.
4. Paint rocks.

That should be good for a Saturday. Hope everyone is doing well!

I’m still here cheering everyone on! It’s hard making plans under the circumstances so I’m playing it by ear and covering all the bases. Will probably try again Monday.

I had a busy day. I cleaned the litter box, worked on my computer and opened packages. I didn't do exactly what I had planned. I did the best I could. I will try again today.

I'm just not that motivated. I took out the trash and made myself a sandwich. I'm washing clothes at the moment. Tomorrow I have an ultrasound. That will be my main focus.

I do not feel well! I am not able to manage much. The SAD has a hard grip on me.

Plans for the rest of today (Tuesday):

- Hygiene
- Dinner
- Grocery
- Some (may be very little) work in the house / with the dishes.

Made it to my physical therapy appointment. I now have 10 sessions to do over the next few weeks. I took out the trash. It's time to get some rest. Tomorrow I see my med provider.

I did everything except work in the house.

Plans for Wednesday:

- Healthy meals
- Gymnastics
- Relaxation exercises
- Work 5 minutes on / 5 minutes off
- Rest when I need it

1. Trash to curb.
2. Take brother to doctor.
3. Attend water aerobics.
4. Attend Book Club meet up.
5. Affirmations/meditation/visualization.

I did nothing but rest Monday & Tuesday. Feeling less exhausted.
