- keep the windows closed because of the smoke outside (yes.)

feel terrible

Took out the trash this morning and cleaned the litter box. Now I think I will get some more sleep. Tomorrow I will wash dishes and clean off the counters.

Just can’t seem to get anything done. I’m supposed to go to a Galentines tea with the ladies from my bible study group and I just can’t get off this couch to go. Yesterday was good for the most part but I’m back down in the dumps today.

I cleaned both litter boxes this morning. I should be good for a while. I plan to do art and light housework for the rest of the day. Tomorrow I will go through my mail and take out the trash. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

- Write a list over things to remember
- Make lunch to bring

- Home
- Eat a fish soup and rest a bit before making dinner
- Relax after dinner
- Dishes
- Plan for the next days!

I've been busy this morning. I've made chili, washed laundry and gone through my mail. I have a few more things I want to do today. But I feel like I accomplished my goal. Tomorrow I will take the trash out and clean the litter box.

I got my hair cut this morning. And I cleaned the litter box. I'm tired now but apartment people are supposed to come by to do routine maintenance. Can't take a nap yet. Tomorrow I will take out the trash.

I got the title to my car transferred to my name today (only took me 10 years after the divorce

), took my mom to PT, ran some errands and went to a stone and sound meditation event.

I’m not going to make any plans for a while because I’m not doing well. I’ll just accomplish what I can with no set plan in place.
