I cleaned the litter box, washed dishes and emptied the trash. Later I will do light housework then relax. Mainly I want to rest today.

I have the house to myself and am totally relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. It’s so nice. In a few minutes, I will make a healthy smoothie, meditate and practice yoga. Later today, I will run three errands and continue working on my bedroom. Finally, I will enjoy some light reading and a funny movie.

All items met except Journaling. I did not feel a need for it today. My leisure time has been wonderful. I sat in the sun reading a book! (But not on the beach, too chilly for that).

Most important plans for Friday:

I am not sure about if I have to visit the center of the town tomorrow, so I only make plans until lunch.

- Up at 7:00 am
- 7:30 - 8.00 Swish and swipe in the bathroom, making breakfast, take meds, etc
- 08.00 - 09:00 Breakfast
- 09:00 - 09:45 Gymnastics and hygiene afterward
- 9:45 - 10:30 Read
- 10:30 - 11:15 Lunch + (perhaps making some extra food)
- 11:15 - 11:45 Autogenic Training with self hypnosis on how to do Mindfulness
- ...........

Plans for Friday:

1. Make a healthy smoothie for breakfast
2. Meditate
3. Attend water aerobics
4. Pick up tickets for the Mad Hatter’s luncheon
5. Run several errands including getting a haircut
6. Continue progress on my bedroom
7. Enjoy the sunshine
8. Make plans to visit my daughter
9. Attend a meet up
10. Relax with a comedy to end the night

I took the trash out, picked up a package, opened the package, ordered groceries and got dressed this morning. I have a doctor's appointment today. Later I will relax. Hope everyone has a good start to their weekend!

I made it to my appointment. I'm so glad. I missed it last week. I felt so much better about it today. I don't have to go back for 3 more months. Will celebrate my success by relaxing!

I woke up sick. (Think it is an infection) I have ordered an appointment with my GP for Monday. I will take it easy in the weekend.

I unloaded the dishwasher and opened a package this morning. Later I will clean the litter boxes. Mainly I will try to take it easy. Not feeling all that well emotionally today. Maybe some arts and crafts will help. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

I’m tired today...slept about 4 hours. I’d REALLY like to go back to sleep or snuggle under a soft blanket and read a good book. Instead, I’m committed to going to this Mad Hatter’s luncheon at church. Oh well, I’m sure I’ll be more alert and have fun once I get there.

Plans for Saturday:

1. Mad Hatter’s luncheon
2. Continue cleaning bedroom
3. Rest

I'm sick today (sore throat and vomiting) so I need to rest and not do much. I did go to Walmart to get a thermomenter and some medicine. Temp is just slightly above average now, but I did take Tylenol earlier.

I pretty much did all the stuff I posted for last Wed. The food pantry had mostly fun stuff & not much healthy, so i’ve Been eating chocolates, a wine/cheese ball with crackers & canned chili which has a lot of trans fat. Probably not helping w the vertigo. Mostly inactive last couple of days. I took in some donations & passed out a few things Thurs when I made it to the soup kitchen.
I have started my journal again. Have been using meditation app & have been writing a little.

For tomorrow I hope to get out & work on cleaning out car &/or get to camp, find a spot & help my friend start setting up.

Today will try to
Take shower
Throw away stuff in apartment
Clean kitchen
Scoop litter
Find info for paperwork I need to do Mon
Drink lots of water
Get to sleep early

Managed to get the laundry done and clean off my kitchen table. I guess I feel productive enough. Might clean the litter box.
