I did a good bit of cleaning in my bathroom and I cleaned out the litter boxes. I also went through my mail and opened packages. Tomorrow I plan to work on my living room.

I swept and mopped my kitchen floor this morning. I'm glad I got that done. Later I will start work in the living room. I'm hoping I can vacuum today.

It's been some hard days for me. I have been able to shop at the grocery store, so I have enough food. I have also bought some flowers for Palm Sunday. So far I have rested today. The only thing I will do today is to visit my Church. My plan for tomorrow (Monday) is to continue to rest and to do small "things" in the home when the energy is there. I took the trash out and did some vacuuming. I also did some cleaning in my living room. Tomorrow I'll continue work on my living room.

I’m a little late with my plans...I’ve been out in the sun enjoying some beautiful weather. Plans for today:
1. Clean den 2. Take car to car wash 3. Pick up medicine 4. Wash clothes 5. Cook dinner Warm wishes to all for a peaceful week. |

I haven't done a lot today. I ordered groceries and cleaned off my kitchen counters. I've been playing games mainly. Hope everyone is well!

I am really down today but will attempt to be productive. Plans for today:
1. Pick up medicine 2. Take car to car wash 3. Have lunch with friends 4. Clean bedroom 5. Affirmations/visualization/meditation (completed) Warm wishes and hugs to all. |

My goals for Wednesday:
1) brush teeth - a) in the morning b) after lunch c) after dinner - 2) make bed - yes 3 )take shower - 4) clean bedroom - 5) wash hankerchief and others - 6a) give food to the cats - 6b) brush Blacky(my cat) - 7) decide what to cook for today - 8) do the dishes - 9) clean the litter box - 10) exercise - a) walk indoors: 20min - yes b) sit-ups - 20 - 11 )go out to the pharmacy - 12 )mend nightdress - 13) go to ATM - yes 14) buy fish, chicken and lamb - yes Overall: Eat healthy... Try to take one day at a time... And just try to make it through the day... Be patient and wait....Be hopeful and look forward to a happy future. |
