Check out 'Happy' on Netflix. It is a documentary about the research parsing out why some folks feel happier than others. It is fascinating and also provides practical methods to increase your own happiness level. You may find some of the ideas surprising! Hint: don't lose hope if you feel that your depression is genetic...the numbers indicate that there's still plenty you can do to feel happier! What a relief
