I read some research suggesting that curious people are happier and less prone to depression. When people are less curious/"stuck in a rut," they are more likely to feel depressed. I make it a habit to go on adventures in my life...these need not be giant escapades. Something as simple as exploring a bookstore I've never been to before. Walking in a different direction. Or starting a fun conversation with someone I had not met before.

Would anyone like to join me in a Curiosity thread?? Would you like to share something you are curious about? Did you act on your curiosity? How did that make you feel?

I am curious about sharks! They fascinate me.
