Today I'm grateful for:

-My therapist.

-I'm looking forward to putting some good music on, having some peppermint or ginger tea, and researching places to go and things to do outside my city in nature.

-Looking forward to watching the democratic debate on YouTube (I missed it yesterday) while I finish knitting my mom's Afghan.

-And so then looking forward to watching SNL. Though it may be reruns.

-I'm outside right now in the shade with birds in my parents backyard. My mom's going to come out and sit with me.

-kind people and my friends here on PC.

Today I'm grateful for
My T and her genuine concern and caring
A kind note from a coworker
Interest in and desire to do things
Being able to enjoy activities
The change in my last thought at night from "I hope I don't wake up ever again," to "I want to see what happens tomorrow, and the next day."

I am grateful for many things. Included but not limiting too

- College library where I can study how much I want. For my doctoral studies, things will get even better.

- YouTube which hosts some nice music.

- A mind which is scientific. Thus, I can try to fix my own problems, and it works many times.

- The fact that I am not like "the other kids." Those who rather memorize pickup lines and do what-not, instead of thinking about humanity's future. I'd rather memorize Peter Sykes (as I am an UG student) I realized that it's excellent to be different, no matter what others think.

- My favorite branch of (interdisciplinary) life sciences, neuroscience. I may just end up making a breakthrough in the field of neuroscience. It'd be the most rewarding phase of my life, my career as a researcher.

- All the people who have tirelessly supported me. If I was never supported, it would not have been possible for me to get in college, which is a prerequisite to become a scientist.

- Neil deGrasse Tyson. Man, sometimes I can't stop laughing at his jokes. The knowledge he imparts, his opinions, all are excellent source of study. Also, I like how he sarcastically said, "Scientists just sit in their office with their feet on the table and are like, 'Masters of the Universe.'" And added, "No, it's our job to discover. Of course we are always at the drawing board." I am dreaming of drawing boards now.

- The loving God, the One who always watches over His children (all of us, every living thing in existence)

- Science and its practice. It cannot get any more thrilling. It's my daily fix.
