I cant take it anymore, i feel so utterly alone and unhelpable. I cant be helped. Im tired, i cant take it anymore

I'm so sorry you're struggling, sinking
Please don't give up. You have so much more to give. Is there any way you can come back to your former T since you miss him so much? I'm so sorry. Please try to find some distractiosn for yourself. Do you have any hobbies? What do you like to do? Anything that can help you cope with these feelings. If it gets really bad, please call an hotline. In the meantime, remember that we're here for you and that we all love you here. Feel free to share and vent here. We'll listen to what you have to say. We care about you. Sending many hugs and encouragement to you. You can do this. You're strong, I know this, and I'm sorry you can't see it at the moment. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this

Im tired because of work, it doesnt allow me to do much else than eat and sleep. Im at a breaking point, but can give up yet. But im So tired and hate all and everything.
