So sick of fighting these emotions . They overtake me so fast one instant I'm fine ...Happy for a change the next I don't care .. losing the will to keep this up wanna reach out to someone have no idea where to start. Yeah I see a therapist but it's only an hour a week more often than not I leave there more unhappy than I was when I got there.

Hello phillysteak: I see this is your first post here on PC. So... welcome to PsychCentral.

You mentioned you see a therapist. So one forum, here on PC, that may be of interest to you would be the psychotherapy forum. Here's a link:

https://forums.psychcentral.com/psychotherapy/

I hope you find PC to be of benefit.

Thanks for this!

I'm so sorry you're struggling, phillysteak33 I can understand how you feel. Since therapy doesn't seem to be helping, perhaps it's time to discuss this with your therapist? Tell him how you feel about this and see how it goes from there. Perhaps you can ask if you can increase the number of hours a week you can see him? Can you afford it? I'm so sorry you have to deal with this
