So, I don’t know if I ever imagined what my 60th birthday would be like, but I’m sure it wasn’t like this. Needing meds to sleep, depression every morning, recovering from a spinal fracture. There better be cake and ice cream later. At least I have a Face Time T appointment this afternoon.

Thank you all! Therapy was good. But, my husband decided for me that we would celebrate my birthday tomorrow, so today I get squat. Went and bought my own ice cream. So there.

Thanks, Mickey. Still in my usual funk here, my hours at my part time job were cut, supposedly temporarily. I need to work for my mental health, even though my husband could support us both. Something good has got to happen soon, seriously. I will try to make it to the animal shelter and pet the cats.
