I don’t know why I suddenly crash into a very depressed mood. I can’t control all these mood swings from day to day. I want to be stable and (somewhat) content in life
Right now I don’t want to be alive. Just so tired.

No, I don’t have any mania.
I just get these sudden feelings of intense sadness and loneliness and I don’t want anything to do with the world.

Is there anything that help you when that sudden swing happen?

Listening to music maybe?

Drawing or painting?

There is a post from HopefullyLost today about heartbreak. Heartbreak in a sort of general sense. I wonder if that might be the kind of thing you are experiencing.... ❤️😪

You know, Mat, what seem like sudden mood swings can often be caused by a THOUGHT. It can be so deep that you're not even aware it's happening, but if you are alert you may catch something that you're saying to yourself which results in a sudden crash.

With me it can sometimes be something as seemingly trivial as "Omigod, what in the world am I going to do with the rest of the day?" And then I start to get scared and down.

Maybe... sometimes... the “cure” is worse than the “disease”

Hoping things get better for you soon
