what made it good?

if not what made it bad?

good points about today are:

- went to the shop to buy dr pepper

- ate bacon

- didn't slip on the snow (because their wasn't any)

- completed my menu for next weeks meals

bad points:

- the dr pepper I got was sugar free and I don't really agree with sugar free stuff

- I am feeling very suicidal and unmotivated

- their is no rain (rain is my favorite)

- I have litirally nothing to do for the rest of the day (it is only half 12)

what about your day

tell me how it's going

the good bits and the bad

I had a good day today, so far. I had enough energy to work on some small projects that had been languishing. Then I drove down the hill and did some shopping. My hip is sore, but now I can rest and try to keep the dog from jumping on it.

I had more energy this morning and sorted clothes from my closet for Goodwill. Went to dog park, walked 4 laps and went to lunch with my husband. Nice nap afterwards. Do you ever feel weird when you are cheerful? Sometimes it makes me worry that I am too happy, just because I am not used to it.

Not as good as yesterday. All the activity plus my PT exercises yesterday, combined with my long commute and a lot of sitting at work made my hip pretty sore. I got angry about having pre-diabetes and having to go back to work sooner than I should have which then turned to depression. I feel better after having eaten dinner.

Well, my madness was quite prevalent today but I'm bouncing back quicker than I used to. So, for me, that makes it a good day I suppose.

so far it has not been a good day

I've had someone comment on how **** I look (which I all ready know), my breakfast wasn't really that great (actually not even worth making), and feeling extremely suicidal

that, and this slow forum is doing my head in

it took me 20 minits to log in this morning

Hang in there please raging vortex. Dig into your toolbox of coping mechanisms and stifle those suicidal thoughts. Quash them! - and you'll begin to feel a little better soon, I'm very, very sure. No giving in please.
