I’m the same I live alone, I broke up with a nice lady recently because I know she is better off without me, even though she wanted to be with me knowing all the issues I have. But I know is better this way. I rather just dedicate to fight the depression and declare war to a--holes in the world. I think you do what you want mate, life is too short. |

I don't see why being different means you have to be alone, I just see how it is harder to make friends.
I am very weird, but I have two friends (no more, no family, no acquaintances, never had a boyfriend -I haven't had my first kiss yet and I am 22yo, I don't go out-). They are not "normal" young people, though they are not pathologically abnormal as I am. It's not mandatory to be like other young adults to avoid isolation. __________________ Crazy, inside and aside Meds: bye bye meds CPTSD and some sort of depression and weird perceptions "Outwardly: dumbly, I shamble about, a thing that could never have been known as human, a

Thank you TLC for the beautiful but heartbreaking story.
Thank you captaineo for reminding me that there are things I need to be doing for my mental health (walking, eating healthy and creative activities etc.). I needed that reminder. Warm wishes to all. |

TLC mate what do you do when feel that loneliness inside mate, it’s like a cold emptiness that you can’t shake off sometimes. I try a lot to pray but is freaking tough. And I am trying my best to survive mate. Advice please?

I'd also suggest reading novels and biographies of great people like Stephen Hawking. Going out also helps. |

Some good reddits r/learnprogramming r/webdev r/chemistry r/biology r/askscience While linking the first two reddits, I had a great idea about you. If you have the money, you can build your own website! It may be about anything, including hobbies or a blog. I always wanted to be a computer programmer (yes, among a lot of other things, like a doctor and a psychotherapist) and I was always looking forward building a website but I never had the money. Don't worry, I am more focusing on my studies now. Reddit is great, there are other things to do, like following wordpress blogs as well. Going out is one of the most important things to maintain your health. I know it's gonna be hard, but try making some friends and hanging out with them. And there you go, no more loneliness. Find solitude in loneliness... For me, whenever I see this video (which is a photo of Stephen Hawking holding Jane and Arrival of the Birds playing in background) I feel lonely as well... but realize that this world is beautiful and full of people like Dr.Hawking. I have tried seeing this video many times and each time I felt less and less lonely. The movie Theory of Everything was amazing as well. I am just glad people like Prof.Hawking exist. He's my idol. Perhaps the greatest human being to live. If I can, I will cure ALS in his memory. |
