I haven't gone out of my apartment for 2 weeks. I stay inside, and I live alone. I haven't talked to any one for months (in-person or over the phone) other than saying "Hi" and "Thanks" to the cashier when I go out to buy groceries. I am very depressed to try to get out of my depression. I have lost my appetite, and I barely do anything inside my apartment. I have zero motivation to do anything.
Thanks for this!

It must be incredibly difficult to be so isolated. I don't go out much either & never speak to anyone other than the sort of thing you mentioned. But I am married... plus we have a dog. So I'm not entirely alone as you are. I hope that being here on PC can be of some comfort & support & that, in some way, you can find a pathway out of your depression.
