What I know about it from my coworker counselor (she is still working on her certificate for this therapy) this kind of therapy is really good for people with Post traumatic stress disorder. This is how much I know about it.

I have never experienced this, Thirty shades, so unfortunately I don't have a lot fo advice to give to you Thank you so much for sharing that article though! It seems really interesting. I'd suggest to talk to your doctor about this and see how it goes from there if you haven't already. Hopefully he/she will be able to help you. Perhaps he will be able to explain to you how does it work. I hope it will work for you! I'd suggest to try it if you can. If you don't like it, you can always interrupt. That's just my opinion, though. The final decision is up to you. Either way, I hope you'll be able to get the help you need. You deserve to get better and to feel good. You deserve to live a good life just like everyone else does. I'm so sorry, I wish I've had more advice to give to you. I'm here for you if you need to talk about it. Please don't give up. Try to hang on. We're here for you to support you. Stay strong, Thirty shades. Stay safe and take care of yourself. Remember that we're here for you if you need it. Feel free to PM me anytime. Let me know if I can do something to help you. Wish you good luck! Let us know how it goes. Sending many hugs to you
