I am what could be termed an older adult.
 I never was skilled at socialising.. going by all the judgments made about me.. But now I’m no longer young I feel completely alienated from most people. I have nothing in common with those without MI. Being isolated is scary. Socialising is unpleasant and scary.

 People who make mean judgments do so because they are excruciatingly insecure and they can’t get their heads out of their butts.  There are some good people (they can be hard to find ) I’d rather have 2 good friends than 60 sub optimal and likely uselessly judgmental acquaintances

Socialising is definitely hard. Please don't give up. You're a wonderful person and you're loved here just like you are. Remember that you won't be judged here.
