oprah interviewed dr dean ornish and his wife ann on super soul sunday...
that was yesterday the 22nd....it was interesting and helpful.... it was about their new book UNDOIT......LIFESTYLE MEDICINE... |

This bus feels so quiet now
even the regulars, especially me, feel muzzled maybe this is a 'good' thing... the bear being muzzled I know some (irl) would enjoy this

It was insanity
Paying hundreds of pounds to a private therapist.. only to be told i'm too ........ so 'should' be muzzled  i'd already heard that message many times including before any conscious memories

I have also faced being told many times that I was born defective and that I have not recovered from my defectiveness, which is all my own fault for not trying hard enough.
I really must be  My snake has ideas to solve the problem but I resist them It is very tiring  Unfortunately my snake bites my goat who cries out the thoughts of my snake and this causes others to reject me further. Emoting is bad news, so I must buy a stronger muzzle for my goat. I try to live a quiet life, it is not working out well due to being forced to come into contact with people IRL. I wish I could stay in my hole at the back of the cave and  Sending hugs and respect to all

I agree @Fuzzybear, it really is impossible to please everyone. Even just one would be nice for me. It's a tough world to be in, but I wish you peace. And to everyone on the as is bus!
