How long have you felt this way? Do you have a therapist? Or would you like to talk to me a little bit? Tell me about yourself?

I can relate. I prefer to be in bed and/or asleep myself most of the time. And I'm deeply sorry you are in pain. Sounds like you really need that therapist. If you have bpd, do you cycle back and forth between mania and depression? Anything particularly trigger the cycles?

I guess most all of us on this forum are struggling in one way or another, Crying. I'm doing better as of late, but I still love climbing under my bedclothes.

How did you happen to choose Betty Boop as your avatar? I like Betty Boop.

I wish that too, Crying. I have no idea if there is any reason or purpose for the pain, but it certainly is there whether we like it or not.

Do you have children?

Do you ever talk to them about the way you've been feeling?

May I ask why not? Maybe they could help. Share your burden. You are their mother, after all. You probably shared their burdens when they were young...

Or does the way you feel have to do with them?

Are you still able to talk with them, say on the phone? Email them? Text them?

Crying, I'm going to need to sign off in a few minutes but before I have to go, would you like to tell me a little about your children? Their interests? What they're like?

I have been their many times (and I'm currently their now)

I hope you're able to find good distractions and get the support you need.

(and we'll always be here too)
