it's a good question, and I don't know what the answer is
perhaps it's hatred towards ourselves that makes us put others first? perhaps it's just an automatic reaction to some to be kind perhaps it's because we've been treated so poorly by others we're just naturally nice people. who knows |

I think I forget to look out for me....
My snake is cruel and this doesn't help.... Outwardly speaking I am worthy of loving kindness but inwardly this is much harder to achieve..... Perhaps we need a time slot in our day to show ourselves kindness? Much love and kindness to all
