Just my general emotions, feelings and actions... suppose my actions I can control, and my mentality, emotions, and feelings I am working on.

That is all any of us can do. I don't find it easy, either.

If you already control your actions - that's half the battle. The other half is perception.

When things happen, you need to check and see if there's any other way it can be perceived. If there is a better way - opt for thar. The better perception + good action =better emotion n general feeling ..

Do you know the one where somebody comes along and says "you don't know how hard life really is"?
Well I don't
Most people can go from birth to death and not have a single bad thing happen to them.
Then there is the percentage that has every conceivable disaster happen to them.
Some make it , others don't and that's life
I can talk from experience because life has a way of dealing me did hands but I keep going.
I look at things as to teach the next person how to get over what they are facing and maybe help.
It's either that or I just don't know when to quit.
Anyhow.
Try not to see yourself as broken and lost.
See yourself as everything is a lesson to be learnt.
You have friends. You know that help is never far away
