Is there any reason for me to try to be kind to others..

Since I’m intrinsically worthless..

I’m not able to be “normal”

I need to find new harsher ways to harm myself and hurt myself

And I was worthless was since I was born.

I have nothing to contribute to the world

I’m a piece of ****

May I ask if something specific caused you to feel this way - or is depression rearing its ugly head?
