How much praise and appreciation do you need and deserve? Is there enough to go around?

Do some people deserve to be shunned and blamed for their problems?

I know I don’t deserve praise or appreciation.

I’m an empty person, empty of everything

For me respect, understanding, a sense someone cares about me, devotion, reassurance and validation of my feelings matter more.

Its always nice to be appreciated but I do struggle a bit when praised. I must work on that ....
