(((hugs))) I'm glad you have noted that you are stretched too thin, and have cut back.... as you continue to progress, you will begin to see it "coming" and cut back before you get there (too thin)
however, don't get too thin as a bear...eat those berries before the ice ruins them

Fuzzy,
my Lord-of-the-Rings-obsessed mind immediately thinks of this conversation between Gandalf and Bilbo Baggins in the first film (I know much of the dialogue by heart  )Bilbo: I am old, Gandalf. I know I don't look it, but I can feel it in my heart. I feel thin... sort of stretched... like butter spread over too much bread. I need a holiday. A very long holiday... So perhaps you need a holiday too, Fuzzy
