it stinks sometimes doesn't it? Is there anything making it worse right now? You probably know all of the tricks to ground yourself so I won't bore you. Just so sorry that your needing to scatter so much. Feel better soon.

sorry... you must be stressed more than usual? that often causes more dissociating too... can you pick a task that you usually do well and enjoy, and talk to yourself about it and how you want to do it without any problems etc etc... has that helped in the past?

talking to myself will make me feel just as crazy as the dissoaction does

yeah theres a rape anniversary..............two upcomming attempt anniversaries,....... therapist thinks its what i did when i was a kid ........ you know the first 10 yrears, half of my life that i don't rmember...... i have no grasp of time....... i get things mixed up i coudln't tell you the difference between what i did two days ago or two weeks ago or which happened first......
