I appreciate everyone here who is so understanding and who realise that often we just need to vent... not to organise our thoughts in any particular way... and sometimes there isn’t a “solution” - or if there is we probably have thought of it already and it may be worse than the “problem”
Much love to all here who listen...  I have found very few who listen in real life

Sometimes there is not any solutions , in time we adjust and process with the help of empathy from others.

I think people try to offer a solution in the hopes it will somehow lead to reducing the pain. I am thankful people care enough to do that even if there isn't really a 'solution'.
