I haven’t always “controlled” her as I “should”

Was I even “present” when she screwed up?

Does she even “deserve” love and acceptance?

I was far too “controlled” when I was a little cub

I even “controlled” myself not to cry at age 7 or even less... to emotional and physical injuries

To cry would be “shameful” .. apparently

Yes your inner cub deserves love and acceptance.

She is in pain and needs your love.
Allow her to cry, if she wishes
I know mine is too numb and programmed not to cry

Rejecting, silencing and ignoring inner cubs is very painful.
Bonding with them patiently with loving kindness offers some relief

Much love to all inner cubs
