I’m listening to “First comes the night”

By Chris Isaak

I don’t remember listening to this before. It’s helping my depression and anxiety somewhat in the moment.

Much love to all the fellow warriors here who are battling the Beast of Depression

Feel free to ignore the question: How often does listening to music help your mood/anxiety? To what extent can you rely on music to be of help?

Some music does help.... especially after some salmon

(And sshhhhh..... a bit of wine with my salmon )

Other music not so much, or sometimes not at all :

[[ this might mean only you can read this, this was in a life by misadventure thread
]]

(I probably remembered the above wrongly, a couple of others who are smarter and wiser than I but probably are not currently around might remember )
