I’m grateful to all of pc...
For all the understanding, respect and thoughtful, kind and often very insightful support... I also try to offer these things.. I do not like it when my brain is non compliant with my intentions... when my mental health issues limit what I can say to the point of saying nothing or even not being my “normal” self (not sure what that is but I try to return some of all the wonderful support so many have given me over the time I’ve been here. Much respect to all the kind, supportive members here

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001. It now runs as an independent self-help support group community for mental health, personality, and psychological issues and is overseen by a group of dedicated, caring volunteers from around the world.
