I was doing fine For a few months , but a few weeks ago everything started getting worse again . In May I was doing really well so I decided I didn’t need my medication (Fluoxetine) anymore .And now everything is starting again and I think my psychiatrist is giving me too much freedom regarding my treatment which makes me not trust him.

I don’t really want to go back to my psychiatrist because the last time I had an argument with him and taking medication makes me feel like I’m too weak and a failure.

Hey. Good luck with your pdoc appt. I loathe going to mine. They are probably pretty used to patients stopping medications, and getting into disagreements, I wouldn’t worry.
Taking Medication doesn’t make u a failure. If you can find one that works for u it makes u a success story...
