I want to make this a thread where people can leave all their good advise for how depressed people can overcome that the pandemic virus is almost all over the world already, and that it will grow worse the next weeks.

I think that there is a lot of anxiety out there, and that such anxiety might become worse in people with mental disorders.

I shall come with the first advice: play games, Skype, do work in the garden if you have one. ... Please fill in all good advice you can think of.

Today I want to say something about religious needs. The situation is so special that it shouldn't be obliged to post it the religious forum as long as one are not pushing one's faith on others.

First those who have no faith at all: Try relaxation exercises, Mindfulness, Buddha's (secular) teachings or more to become calm and relaxed. Other religions like Hindu, Shikism, Bahai and others: May be it's good for you to take up your practice (again)!

For other religious (one God only) all over the world (Muslim, Jews and Christians): May be Quaran studies online, Torah studies online, Bible studies online may give you something to hold on to and give you hope.

If you find prayer groups online, that might be a help as well. Some Christian Churces may send sermons online. Catholic churches may even send rosery prayers to join online.

To seek up such online "places" may help our spritual needs and, for some, make important structure of the day. Daily structure are very important to try to keep Depression as low as possibe, especially if one is out of work.

To use nature or parks will be healthy for all of us!

Please don't use more drugs then your doctor precribed and stay away from illegal drugs and alcohol.
