Does opposite action ever help you when all you want to do is crawl under the covers and hide from the world.. or something harmful to self? My snake wants me to delete ....

Maybe I should listen to her ....

I practice opposite action when my snake has those ideas too.

I grateful for my bed
I am grateful for my covers...

Sending much love and respect to you, your inner cub and snake.
Hugs from:
