Do you have a guardian angel?

Do you find them helpful?

I have believed before and I think I felt a little more secure.

I have come across them in meditations which helped.

I did a reading once with a healer and she told me all about my guardian angel. I was totally fascinated. I've also done guided imagery and met my higher self (could be guardian angel) and met my spirit animal. The experience was surreal. It's quite soothing to think about and revisit.
