I must admit now I'm feel alotttt more in control and normal. I could barley write that post before. I had brutal anxiety and depression and felt like I was going crazy. Hangovers use to be just a hangover but latley they have added panic attacks with them it's a long day of idrink. Trying to cut back and give it a break!

I hear ya. I'm drinking, not a lot. Give it a break..... You might succeed with abstinence, you might not. I'm slightly drunk right now. Not looking forward to the hangover tomorrow. Alcohol is a depressant, no wonder I feel depressed and crappy. Sorry talking about me..
