It's been about 4-5 years now, and I'm still shocked and horrified at myself for sending a rant to a relative of mine that I was friends with on Facebook. I have NO idea why I did it except that I had depression with psychotic features and was having impulsive and angry outbursts on a couple of occasions. This relative, who I was lucky to be "friends" with because I rarely otherwise see my extended family, unfriended me without a word, and there's no question I'll never have a situation where I ever see or talk to the person again. I no longer have a Facebook account since I was not acting right on it.

Do you wish to reconcile or are you just venting?

I was also wondering whether you’re just venting (which is completely ok here) or if you maybe want to reconcile with them?
