I had a rough day and my thoughts have led me to sui again. I had a recent Med adjustment.... And couldn't see t, he was sick! I really needed to talk and now I have to go back to the place that led to the thoughts. And the those led me to do a part of my addiction. This is so. Messed up!. Why does my head have to go to sui!!! I've tried to take care of me, but I'm so stressed! I'm in grad school I should be able to handle this!!!!

See your doctor about the medications. If you have an addiction then that will definitely interfere with the effectiveness of your meds. Do you you have a psychiatrist? GP?
