I guess I have an 'ugly' part ..
  or a part perceived to be ugly by Those Who Know All Things  Her role is to protect me She carries pain and anger  is she 'my fault' (not about anyone on pc)

Do "Those Who Know All Things" use any other words besides "ugly" to describe this protector?

The dark side?
 Yin and yang....  Everyone has the ugly bit of them...  We have been programmed to have an ugly side that carries shame.... That shame is not from now but when we were cubs My ugly side took over this week I tried to explain it needed ignoring Was I really saying TS needs ignoring? TS is not worthy?  I think I meant TS is in pain and cannot control the emotion but means no harm  Sending empathy and respect to all who need some

We all have methods of protecting ourselves. Not everyone understands and we don't always like how they present, but those sides of us are purposeful and important. Hugs. ❤

Everyone has a dark side. It's all a matter of keeping it in check. I think you're doing it wonderfully. I've never seen you speak badly of anyone here. You may not be perfect, but you're certainly damn close to it!
