Tomorrow it's gonna to be a busy day. Let's see if writing all the thing that I need to do down helps me accomplish them.
Plans for Friday: 1) Get up at 8:30 2) Work 1 hour 3) Run errands in the capital (I hate the capital) 4) Have lunch 5) Work 4 hours 6) Train 3:30 hours 7) Have dinner 8) Go to bed at 22... and hopefully sleep the whole night... |

I feel I had a productive day. I hopped in the shower early, cleaned some of the house, went grocery shopping, picked up some medicine, went to an eye appointment and listened to an hour long meditation.
Plans for tomorrow: 1. Clean house 2. Run errands 3. Clean car 4. Attend nephew’s football game 5. Innerwork 6. Session with life coach Warm wishes to all for a peaceful Friday. |

Well I did take care of myself better.
Optometrist, done. Waiting for about a month for glasses, still have to pay. Dentist has to wait. Doctor appointment times 2 coming next week. Can't sleep but I want off the elavil, it's not good for my health. Ok, I should make a list of what to say to the doctors, a short one. The less things I complain about the more I get accomplished. Hugs to all here. |

1) brush teeth - a) in the morning - yes b) after lunch - c) after dinner - 2) walk the cat - yes 3) comb hair - yes 4) make bed - yes 5) make tea - yes 6) do the dishes - 7) give food to the stray cats - 8) clean the litter box - 9) take shower - yes 10) iron clothes - 11) dusting - 12) sweep the floor - 13) wash hankerchief and others - 14) exercise - a) walk indoors : 10min + 10min - b) sit-ups : 10 + 10 - c) breathing exercise - 15) brush the cat - 16a) read story book - NOT YET 15b) study the World Atlas/Globe - NOT YET 17) read online : a) BBC News- b) CNN News - c) Twitter - Overall: Eat healthy... Try to take one day at a time... And just try to make it through the day... Be patient and wait(I am still waiting for February)....Be hopeful and look forward to a happy future. |

Feeling much better today. I have light housework planned, clean litter boxes and open packages. Later I will relax and get some extra sleep. I want to play some games as well. Hope everyone has a wonderful Friday!

Saturday I didn't feel well emotionally. Today I feel better. So far I have cleaned litter boxes, cleaned up in the kitchen and started working on my to do list. Later I will clean more litter boxes, open packages and try to do some art. I hope to play games as well. Wishing everyone a fabulous Sunday!

Today was a day of peace and quiet for me to do some inner work as the workers will be back working in and around the house next week (anxiety producing).
Plans for Monday: 1. Run errands 2. Clean house 3. Exercise 4. Get some sunshine 5. Inner work Warm wishes to all for a peaceful week. |

Didn't sleep much last night. I think today I will just do the basics... clean the litter boxes and take out the trash. Not sure if I want to do any art. I think mainly I want to play games and try to socialize. Hope everyone has a good Monday!

I have been very sad because of this new information. It means this is the way it is going to be for me! It is not so that the more I do physical exercises, the better I will be. The only thing that happens when I'm physical active is that it don't grow worse. That is of course something, but I have to figure out how to live with this on a daily basis. Today (Monday) I will do work in the home. I think it is best with 10 - 15 minutes on and off (so I get something done in spite of my sadness). I will try to manage my Mindfulness Training. Best wishes to each one of you! |
