My plans for tomorrow are to see my daughter, take my brother to the doctor, run errands and clean the dining room. That will be a full day for me so I’m going to work in reading a good book.

Decided to talk by phone with my daughter instead of traveling. We had a nice chat. It’s a beautiful day. I think I’ll run errands and wash/clean my car. I took my brother to the doctor earlier.

Today I've been busy making phone calls and dealing with appointments. I also washed the dishes and did the laundry. I am going to rest now. For some reason I am dizzy. I need to clean litter boxes, but I want to feel better first. Hope everyone is doing well today!

Hi, I need to use this thread for some days. I have had a wonderful Christmas- and New Year celebration with my family. The last days, however, have become more and more dark (inside me). So here I am taking grip of the situation in the hope to overcome it:

First I want to eat something and drink a cup of coffee (half an hour). Then I will use 4 periods of ten minutes on and off working in the house. After that I will come back and report how I am doing.

I have done three of the 4 ten minutes working periods. So 30 minutes all together and I feel tired. But that's OK. That was what I was able to do (it's good that I'm able to accept that), so that is how it has to be.

After writing this I will use the fourth working period to fill my pillbox for one week and a day and take my vitamins. I have already taken my sleeping pills, so I will try to relax by looking at Netflix (helping me to take my thoughts away from me).

My plans for tomorrow:
- Up at 06:30 am
- Breakfast with Anti-SAD lamp
- More sleep until 09.30
- Eat for half an hour
- Shower
- Group gymnastics
- When home again, get rid of trash
- Lunch
- Rest
- Plan for the next hours

As you can see there are only small goals to reach, but to make the list of what to do to take care of my health so detailed, is the best help I can give myself.

Today I have been busy cleaning my desk, work space and bar top. I need to finish wiping down the bar top. I also need to clean litter boxes. Then I will rest. I may go to bed early. I didn't sleep well last night. Hope all of you are well.

Today I’ve done some light picking up but mainly I’ve talked to my daughter, attended church where I had dinner and worked on my personal development program. I did complete my hour long meditation this morning as well as used my sun lamp for depression. I read part of a good book and watched a favorite movie to relax.

Tomorrow, I have things to do outside the house so I must get up and out no matter how much I dislike errands. If I have any energy left after 8-10 errands, I will work on a house project briefly.

Today I have a GP appointment. This morning I'm fasting. I'm not too happy about it. I wish I could have my regular coffee. I don't plan to do much else today. Appointments are very time consuming for me. Hope all of you have a good day!

I have done everything on my to do list. Feel a bit better already. I think that reaching out here and tell that I'm not well was a start ... I will relax for one hour, then I will eat my dinner (something easy to make). After dinner I will use up to 45 minutes work in the home. Then relax and use Netflix as a "Thoughts away form myself"- tool.

May all be satisfied with what they are able to do!

I made it to my appointment and I picked up medicine from the pharmacy. I'm trying to get caught up on my routine stuff now. I also need to clean litter boxes.

I ended up not fasting. It was too difficult. But now I have to go back on Monday for blood work. I'm so irritated. I may just go to bed early.

I'm so tired. Feel that I want to sleep as long as I want to tomorrow, but that is not an option if I want to get better.

- Up at 7:00
- Breakfast with Anti- SAD lamp
- Go to bed for more sleep
- Up 10:00
- Some food and coffee
- Shower
- Write a list for the grocery
- * Go to the nearest cash dispenser to take out "grocery-money" for next week
- Visit grocery
- Food and rest when I am home again
- Plan for the rest of the day

* I have come to the conclusion that to only have the amount of cash that I need for one week, is saving money.

I'm a bit tired this morning. But I'm ready to be up. I want to do some cleaning in my kitchen today, clean litter boxes and straighten up in my bedroom. I have one corner that's a little cluttered. I want to take care of that today. I also want to do fun things, like play games, read or draw. I will try to do those things today. Lately I've been to busy to draw. I miss it.

I have the following plans for today: take my brother to the doctor, over night a medical form, run a few small errands, partially clean one room of the house and cook dinner for my family. I’m trying to overcome the effects of SAD right now and it is truly a struggle to get most things done. I will continue on anyway! I will relax later today by reading part of a good book and by watching one of my favorite movies.

Ahhhh, guess what? I have a tooth ace. I have called the dentist, but I have to wait until Monday to have it fixed.

I will lay down for a while, then try to make ready those plates that are going to the dishwasher. I have one bit of frozen fish in the freezer, so I can use that for dinner. Otherwise I will take it easy (with paraceteamol).

Be well and feel good about yourself whatever you are able to do!

I’m so sorry you have a tooth ache. Monday seems like a long way away when that is going on. I hope you are able to make it to Monday with manageable discomfort.

Thank you for your concern! They gave me the number to the "acute dentist", but that is a long way to drive, so I prefer to wait if I can manage. My fight against the winter-dep has to wait for the moment ...

I am doing well this morning. I have been busy cleaning the bathroom and my bedroom. I am running out of stuff to clean. Almost everything is well organized except my closet. I may do some work in there today. I might try to get another bag of clothes together for donation. Also, I will open packages I have. Then later I will relax. Hope everyone has a nice weekend!
