I slept all morning then decided I would go pick up meds. I managed to do that successfully. I was glad. It helped lift my spirits. Will try to get some paperwork together now for an appointment I have on Monday. That will also help my mood.

It helped a bit to use the "worksheets for Cyclothymia (from the Cyclothymia Workbook)". My meals have been OK and I have slept well. I had to think a lot after the therapy session (it is always helpful to set apart time to reflect after therapy). I liked the group session at the training center. To morrow I will have physiotherapy.

I do not do so much, but the little I am doing is helping me to look forward.

Plans for the first hours of Friday:

- Up 07:30
- 08:30 - 09:30 breakfast.
- 09:30 - 10:00 Shower
- Use the next 3/4 of an hour at what is most needed (dishwasher).
- Physiotherapy
- Lunch
- Decide for the rest of the day ...

Well I made it through the day. I ended up ordering groceries. So I don't have to worry about that for a while. It's time for bed now. I managed my stress as best I could today. I even painted today. It was nice until the brush hairs started coming out in the paint. Oh well. I guess I need better brushes. I still tried to stay positive. I got the sky done! Tomorrow I plan to clean litter boxes, open packages, straighten up in my bedroom and work on my art. Hope all of you are well.

I had an Okay day. There was some depression in the morning but after I did some drawing and painting I felt better. And then in the evening I worked with Illustrator. I read a lot, cleaned litter boxes and slept a lot. Tomorrow I have some chores I want to do and I want to work on my art. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

I feel tired today (Saturday), but not depressed.

I plan to try to use some time on work in the home.

For tomorrow I will rest (take it easy), visit Church and have dinner with a friend.

Having a pretty good day for a change. Hope to get some things done while building in time for relaxation. I mainly hope to get the items from my storage unit out of my den (I recently cleaned out the unit) and donated or sold. My life coach says it is emotional baggage from a past life and needs to go. Wish me luck!

I also wish you luck. I'm in the same process of getting rid of stuff too. I do it one pile at a time. You'll feel so good when it's done! Yay you!

I stayed in bed as much as I could today. Not because I was depressed... but because I was in withdrawal. Part my decision/part circumstances, I gave up vaping. I've been snacking on cheese and crackers, peanut butter, yogurt, pudding and cereal. It helps to eat. And I've been drinking extra coffee - decaf. I did clean litter boxes and wash clothes. I also did some art much earlier in the day. But mainly I've been coping. I am wearing a patch so I don't understand why it's so hard. I guess it's the habit I miss so much. Anyway, tonight I will try to relax. I might do some more art. I feel pretty good after getting all that sleep.

I did clear boxes and bins from the den and it did feel amazing! Still have a ways to go. Tomorrow’s plan:

1. Attend church
2. Float
3. Run errands that have piled up
4. Work on the den

I was in bed again all day. The cats required extra attention Sunday. So I did that. Not much else. Maybe a little art. Just wasn't in the mood for much. Today I have an appointment. I don't want to go but I have to. I'll be glad when it's over with. I need help filling out a form. And then I've got to mail that form off today or tomorrow. Those are my only plans. That's all I can deal with. Hope all of you are doing well.

Need more info for the form. Worked on that today. Don't feel well this evening. I think I'm dehydrated. Will try to drink fluids then get rest. Not much else to do today. Tomorrow I will work on the form again. Maybe have another appointment. Hope all of you are well.

Really not doing well today. My old eCig broke and what I have now makes me cough. It's much better to not vape but that makes me unhappy. I've got too much stress going on to be without an eCig. I ordered another one. It should be here in a couple of days. I just have to survive until then. I'm so stressed out, it's just not good. Not sure what I can do. Maybe some meditation.

Found an old eCig and some spare parts. I got something working. So I am relieved... much happier. More productive. I did art this morning, took out the trash, cleaned off the counter, cleaned litter boxes, treated myself to Mexican and made important phone calls. Yay! Hope everyone is doing well today!!

I’m working with my life coach on many things but one thing I’m working on is making smaller, more supportive to do lists that set me up for success instead of the reverse. I tend to tie productivity to worth and that plays havoc with my esteem. Please bear with me as I practice and master this skill and reverse that belief.

Today I plan on cleaning more of the den, running errands and creating a self improvement program.

I’ll possibly float if it doesn’t rain. Warm wishes to all for a peaceful day.
