It is so strange that most of the times I've cried lately it was for no reason at all I would just break down for no reason.

Yesterday was the first day in four weeks that I did not cry, not once. This gives me hope that there is something better to come something I haven't felt in some time.
Today I'm feeling upbeat and actually able to cut up with my coworkers, another thing I have not been able to do in a while.

Thanks all! Yesterday at work was great I was able to focus and have fun with my coworkers. I had about a fifteen minute cry on my drive home and another after I got home after that I was fine and had a good evening. Normally I would have multiple times throughout the day were I would just breakdown and cry. I realize it's going to take time for my meds to start to work so I'm not going to get discouraged by a small setback. Today is going well I'm feeling pretty good about life at the moment.
