Nobody's going to help me. Nobody's going to give me a free lunch. Nobody's ever going to stand up for me and argue how deplorable it is that I've got such a history of psychiatric problems that aren't effectively treated. Nobody's going to ever talk about all the obstacles that've been put in my path since I was born. And if I ever make it, it'll be all on my own, and still I'll get lectured by people who don't know anything about me that I've supposedly been handed everything in my life.

Very slow at work today. It made the time go by so slow. After work I took my bike to a repair shop. I liked the service guy right away. Got an estimate and it was unbelievably inexpensive. I used to go to another bike shop when I lived at the other place and they would do a lot of work and charged a lot. So we'll see how this will work out.

Today was probably the first day in a long time that I didn't do anything after work, at least exercising. It felt weird. I won't be bike riding after work for a while because of the sun setting early.

Also I had been looking online for band resistance - that will be in place of the weights that I used to do. It seems overwhelming to decide what to get and I'm not very clear on how it works. I got rid of all of the weights and the bench. It felt very bad at first but I think I'm over it.

I feel Okay this morning. I'm trying to sleep but I keep waking up. It's a little frustrating. I'm going to try to stay up for a little bit and do something fun. I'll need more sleep eventually. I see my med provider today.

Been in a low, a depression, for the past five hours but I'm climbing out. Had to sleep for two of those hours - just couldn't take it.

Certain things trigger me to a deep inner rage, humiliation, despair and suicidal thoughts of 'I'm done with this. I want to leave now' - all exacerbated by my bad social anxiety [probably Avoidant Personality Disorder, actually]. Day in and day out. Year in and year out! Haha, oh my goodness.

I need to figured out what to do that is fun at home since I have trouble getting around. I wish that I knew why I feel so down.

Another sad day. I can barely focus. I've been home for one week and already not where I need to be. I need support. I need to stop using my addictive behaviors. I need to get my studying in.

Here I sit, and I need to workout but my hip hurts and I don't want to do anything to upset the hip.

Needless to say I hate life.

I'm tired of having to initiate to see or talk any of my friends. Maybe the few friends I have are sick of me - sick of the depressed/anxious me. I want to believe the lack of contact isn't intentional, but the more I think about it, the more likely it seems that most of my friendships have reached their expiry date :c
