If possible, could you expand on your panic attacks being like a seizure?

rohag....my very first panic attack....when it first hit ......i had no idea what
was happening....maybe like a partial seizure...not general...not unconscious
but altered...then i thought i was going insane...i wasnt thinking i was dying...
the panics after that were a little different.....one of the places i would panic
would be getting a haircut...before the first panic attack i had no trouble at all going to the barbershop....just saying this gives me a feeling of sadness for having this experience.....and i feel empathy for others having this awful experience...

My attacks of panic...
I think are panic disorder....

I have had full panic attacks before...
Panic now peaks and slows throughout the day and is quite frequent...
It's terrifying and impacting on my physical health and sleep....

If only the stressful events would come to an end and then maybe...
Meditation would help more....

I send much sympathy to you LT, Desiree and anyone else who suffers

Thank you Thirty shades.

For me too, panic now peaks and slows throughout the day and is quite frequent. Same with depression. Plus the very low energy.

Very debilitating, makes me impossible to live a normal, regular life. I feel frustrated.

I'm sorry. I haven't ridden the bus in a while. I'm inpatient at a very good hospital. The group's are interesting and helpful. We had a self compassion group that I thought would be B.S.; but it wasnt.
Little turtle ,please never silence yourself. Your words are important, as all the riders of As Is bus are.
I've been dealing with panic, also. It's truly horrible. Makes me feel like I'm *****.
I feel like I've missed a lot ,by not being here. I'm sorry I missed giving support. I'll try to come more often but it's hard being inpatient. Fuzzy , I'm so grateful for you and all on the bus.
