i feel ashamed that i have this fear and panic problem...
i see myself as a coward....and i kept it a secret for a very long time ...
which made it worse...i am now coming out and it feels good...sometimes bad..

(((((( Little Turtle))))))

The panic is awful....
I have been chased into a dark place a lot recently by the onslaught of terror, panic and dreadful sweating attacks...
They grip from the moment I wake....

Running from them does not make you a coward although I do feel a great deal of shame that I suffer this way...
Being AS IS is very hard to accept....

Yawning can help a tiny bit, short lived but helps...
Valium and wine work better

Sending hugs to you and everyone on the AS IS bus

Yes LT. I understand...
They grip you internally and externally...
Suffocating and consuming....
No place to escape to or hide...
Like a seizure is true...

this is one interesting thread.......

you know, a couple years ago, I actually had a "friend" person directly say to me that I had the good life (perfect life or whatever phrase it was). cuz I didn't have to go to work everyday!!! needless to say, I NEVER spoke to that person again!

while I admit I couldn't handle the 'regular life' of many people, with the busyness and stress and all that - at the same time, I KNOW they couldn't handle my life either!! I have severe depression and anxiety disorder (panic attacks) and loads of ptsd; who in their right mind would want to trade and deal with that?!?!?!

I'm drowning in trauma and no one can see it - cuz it's all internal :''(
