Took all my meds.
Ate healthy bkfst (pineapple). Got dressed in real clothes. Rode bike to grocery store early to beat crowd (I do badly around people).

Took meds
Exercised Put on a nice outfit Took some time in nature I used to have a massage every month at the local massage training school where students did the massage for $20 for an hour. They were good too! I miss those days. Professional massages can be so expensive. |

After having a just horrid morning with bad depression and crushing fatigue, I gave in and took not one but two naps today. I don't feel good tonight, something is still wrong. But I do feel a a lot better and I am very grateful for that. Because of my past experiences, really bad depression really, really scares me.

I got on the phone this morning and found a local pharmacy who delivers for FREE!!! So, instead of having to deal with Walmart tomorrow morning, I got my meds brought to me today and they were even a better price!!
I got showered and dressed in time for the delivery man who was very nice and have been playing around with Halloween beads and earrings! Now, I am watching Sleepy Hollow with Johnny Dep.

I got out and got some needed socks.
I spent a good time just having some test of this stuff to fix bags under eyes and ended up washing the tightening stuff off when I got back, it isn't worth the price, and I'm getting old anyways. Still was fun to be flattered and my age guessed as more than 10 years younger (flattery anyone  )I showered. Took meds. Played guitar. Cooked. Not bad for being in a bad situation. I'm patting myself on the back for this day. |

Took meds, except the one I am tragically out of until tomorrow night!
Ate Took a nap, due to fatigue, due to the no-med situation. Worked out in the freezing cold.
