I been feeling really depressed again. Everything had either out me in tears or I feel really bad. I feel like I falling down a deep dark hole that is spinning out of control. Anyone ever feel like this? What did you do to get out of this depression?

I had painful depression for a long time, & then I got cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I get depressed sometimes, but not clinical depression. CBT gave me a new way of thinking (possitive comebacks to negative self-talk) & I find my way back to feeling thankful for my many blessings. Also, sometimes things are really sad, such as a loss, & we are grieving, so we have to acknowledge our feelings & be kind to ourselves. I hope you find comfort & will feel inspired by something. Hugs & love to you!!

It feels comforting knowing that I am not the only one who feel this way.

I don't think all this sheltering-in-place and not being able to go outside or to favorite places helps a lot either, Buffy.
