grrrr at me. I ''should'' have stayed quiet like I usually do
People ignore me Incuding ''family''  often with no explanation and if there was an explanation it would be that i'm a ''horrible'' person But they are ''good'' people...

You are a good person. You have a right to your feelings. Their ignoring you is abusive. The silent treatment is a form of emotional abuse. If you google silent treatement, there are articles about that. I am so sorry you are going through this. They are wrong for treating you that way. (((safe hugs))) |
