This is apparently from a YouTube video, "Why You Need Empathy Respect and Trust," by Lisa Martin, a "leadership consultant" for organizations and businesses. She's focusing on groups or teams. I watched the short video, and I'm not sure what she was saying. In the video she did not present any research or other sources to support the schema.
