I think I'm going to stop CBT. It isn't helping and is making things worse. I'm not going to blame myself for this...…..

Good luck with your decision. I might suggest looking into a different therapist or style of therapy if that is an option. In the end it is about what makes you feel better.

CBT is for people who worry about unnecessary things.

For those of us with real life worries, it is no help.

What if things are still going to be bad in five/ten years???
At some point we have to deal with our problem we can't simply ignore it. We can't help how we feel and react. It is not our fault.
