There’s not much you can do. Talk to her / email her , how ever you communicate and let her know she’s not alone and ask her how you can help...

Yes, unfortunately she's the one who needs to get help and there isn't a lot that you can do. Be near her and support her. Remind her that you'll ALWAYS be there for her. Other than that, though, it's up to her! Be kind to yourself and to her as well of course. Sending many safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, @Starkfull, your Family, your Friends, Your Friend and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking BOTH OF YOU VERY MUCH NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?!

However here are links to 5 articles, from Psych Central's archives, that may be helpful to you in at least better understanding the situation: Denial is a Powerful Impediment to Treatment Helping Someone With Suicidal Thoughts: Reach Out to a Friend Today 10 Questions and Answers to Help Prevent Suicide Frequently Asked Questions About Suicide How to Survive Suicidal Thoughts I hope you find PC to be of benefit. __________________ "I may be older but I am not wise / I'm still a child's grown-up disguise / and I never can tell you what you want to know / You will find out as you go."
